How to use your Offer Code

We've had reports of problems with the Paypal system when entering our Offer Codes, and depending on what browser you're using these problems can vary significantly.

If you're having problems, the easiest thing to do is send us your Offer Code by email within a reasonable time after placing your order.

Use the 'Special Instructions' option

During the checkout process you should see a link underneath your order that reads: "Add special instructions to the seller".



If you click this link a dialogue box appears, where you can enter your Offer Code and any other special requirements.
